Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is a famous American actor and singer. She is well-known for her stage work in addition to her character Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its sequel Raven's Home. She also performed the Disney song Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) to be used in the edition Disneymania. A Change in Me, the most well-known song on Belle van der Poli's Broadway musical soundtrack, was composed by her due to her role as Belle van der Pol.
